Attention - I was scammed by HRKGames Insulting support and probably fraudulent dealers at HRKGame.com Imagine I ordered the new DLC for Cyberpunk from HRK and the key was invalid and couldn't be activated. So I wrote to support and actually got the answer that it was a GOG error and that I should just try again and check my internet connection (lol) - as if that isn't the first thing everyone does in such a case. Even then it seemed to me as if HRK was just trying to avoid giving me my money back and I, as a customer, was condemned to beg back and forth between GOG and HRK support. But what's really just crazy is the kind of "dealers" HRK does business with and subjects us to them. The "dealer" only had a completely empty GOG profile as a dealer - it only had his username and that was it. That alone sets off all the alarm bells, it screams fraud. It's quite possible that the key was just pure fantasy, or just an old one that someone had already used. I had bought a brand new DLC GOG key in the HRK shop - but I received a "GOG gift code" from this guy. HRK didn't say a word about it being a gift code. So I really advise against HRK if they treat their customers like that and then you have to chase after your money because they get involved with such crooks and put us at risk. I'll never buy from them again, that's for sure. I'm curious to see if I'll get my money back - I don't think so, I have absolutely no good opinion of them anymore. The fact that in the support reply they basically portray me as an idiot who should just try to redeem the key again and check my internet connection - is a real cheek! HRK never again!!!
