Welcome to Net-Twin, an international community platform for creative people. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Net-Twin website and services available at https://net-twin.de.

4. User Content

“User Content” means any content you submit, upload, or share on Net-Twin. You retain full ownership of your User Content.

By posting content, you grant Net-Twin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the platform.

Net-Twin does not claim ownership of your work and does not sell user content to third parties.

5. Community Standards and Acceptable Use

Net-Twin values respectful exchange and creative freedom. You agree not to post or distribute content that:

violates any applicable law or regulation
infringes intellectual property or personal rights
is hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or abusive
contains spam, scams, or deceptive practices
includes unsolicited or aggressive advertising
is pornographic, excessively violent, or harmful to minors

Advertising and self-promotion are generally not permitted unless explicitly approved (e.g. official Partner Slots).

6. Moderation and Enforcement

Net-Twin reserves the right to moderate content and user behavior. This may include content removal, visibility limitation, account suspension, or termination.

Moderation decisions are made to protect the integrity of the platform and its community. There is no obligation to host or maintain any specific content.

7. Third-Party Links

Net-Twin may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for external content, availability, or privacy practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Availability and Changes

Net-Twin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Net-Twin is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Net-Twin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from the use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
