Community Safety & Conduct Guidelines

Net-Twin is a creative community built on respect, responsibility and constructive exchange. These guidelines define the behavioral standards required to maintain a safe and trustworthy environment.


1. Age Requirement

Net-Twin is intended for users aged 16 years and older. Accounts found to belong to users under this age may be removed.


2. Respectful Conduct

The following behavior is prohibited:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or targeted abuse
  • Hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability or identity
  • Sexual violence, coercion or manipulation
  • Exploitation of vulnerable persons
  • Threats, incitement to violence or harmful conduct

3. Protection of Children and Vulnerable Persons

Net-Twin enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual exploitation or abuse.

This includes:

  • Sexualized content involving minors
  • Grooming behavior
  • Attempts to normalize or justify abuse
  • Links to platforms hosting such material

4. Content Standards

Users may share creative work, resources, and external links provided that:

  • The content complies with applicable law
  • It does not infringe intellectual property rights
  • It does not promote illegal or harmful activity
  • It is not primarily spam or deceptive

External links (e.g., YouTube, GitHub, portfolios) are permitted. However, users remain responsible for the legality of linked content.


5. Commercial Content & Self-Promotion

Net-Twin is not an advertising platform.

Unsolicited advertising, aggressive promotion, mass posting of affiliate links, or marketplace behavior is not permitted unless explicitly approved (e.g., official partner programs).


6. Platform Integrity

The following actions are prohibited:

  • Use of bots or automated systems to manipulate engagement
  • Creation of multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
  • Attempted security breaches or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities
  • Abuse of reporting systems

7. Reporting & Enforcement

If you encounter harmful or unlawful content, report it immediately:

Depending on the severity of a violation, actions may include:

  • Content removal
  • Warning
  • Temporary restriction
  • Permanent account termination
  • Preservation of data for legal purposes
  • Cooperation with authorities where required

8. Shared Responsibility

Community safety is a shared responsibility. We actively moderate the platform, but users are expected to act responsibly and report violations when encountered.

Protecting individuals and maintaining trust always takes precedence over convenience.


9. Relationship to Terms of Service

These Community Guidelines supplement the Terms of Service. Violations may result in enforcement actions under the Terms.
