Net-Twin is intended for individuals aged 16 years or older. By registering an account, users confirm that they meet this minimum age requirement.

Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 16 may be suspended or removed.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Any sexual content involving minors
• Images, videos, text, or illustrations depicting child sexual exploitation or abuse
• Content that promotes, encourages, or normalizes abuse of minors
• Attempts to groom, solicit, exploit, or manipulate minors
• Sharing links to external platforms that host or facilitate child sexual exploitation or abuse material

This prohibition applies regardless of claimed artistic, fictional, or contextual framing.

3. Reporting Procedure

If you encounter content that may involve child sexual exploitation or abuse, report it immediately via:

Reports should include relevant links or user information where possible. Do not download, store, or redistribute illegal material.

Reports are reviewed without undue delay in accordance with applicable European law, including the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

4. Action and Cooperation

If child exploitation material is confirmed or reasonably suspected:

• The content will be removed immediately
• The associated account will be suspended or permanently terminated
• Relevant data will be preserved as required by law

Net-Twin will cooperate fully with competent law enforcement authorities and recognized child protection organizations where legally required.

5. Preventive Measures

We apply moderation measures and technical safeguards designed to reduce the risk of abuse, exploitation, and harmful behavior on the platform.

The protection of minors is a core safety principle of Net-Twin. Violations of this policy constitute a severe breach of the Terms of Service.
