• Has anything actually changed for the next Mass Effect? Yes—but mostly behind the scenes.

BioWare’s latest official update confirms that the next Mass Effect is still in development and that the studio is focused exclusively on it. That is reassuring. At the same time, there is still no new gameplay, release window, final title or fresh trailer to analyse.

BioWare has also confirmed that the planned Amazon series will tell a new story set after the original trilogy, rather than replaying Commander Shepard’s path.

For now, the sensible read is simple: Mass Effect is alive, but BioWare is not ready to show its hand yet.

What should the next game get right first—companions, exploration, combat, choices, or that unforgettable first-time-on-the-Normandy feeling?

  • METRO 2039 has set a date: the series is heading back into the tunnels on February 4, 2027.

The newest trailer leans into what Metro does best: damaged stations, scarce light, close quarters and the constant feeling that every path has a price. 4A Games and Deep Silver are bringing the series back for another journey through a world where survival is never simple.

The big question for fans: should METRO 2039 stay tightly focused and claustrophobic, or open up further in the spirit of Metro Exodus?

What do you hope the new game keeps from Exodus—and what should it bring back from the earlier Metro titles?

  • Gute Spielwelten beginnen oft mit einer kleinen Frage

Was würde deine ideale Spielwelt besonders machen?

  • Welcome to FanVault

FanVault is an independent, fan-made companion currently being developed for Fallout 76 players, clans and community groups.

The goal is simple: give players a lightweight place to stay connected before, during and after a session. Planned features include guild spaces, focused text channels, direct messages, player profiles, platform and gamer-tag information, event coordination and a compact Windows overlay.

FanVault will use Net-Twin as its community home and account foundation. The project is still in active development, so the screenshots and concepts shown here represent work in progress—not a finished release.

Follow this page if you would like to watch FanVault grow from an early prototype into a useful community tool.

  • More than a username

One of FanVault’s main ideas is to make finding the right people easier.

Through Net-Twin profiles, players will be able to share their gaming platform and public gamer tag voluntarily. The planned FanVault experience will build on that identity layer to support guild membership, player discovery, group coordination and direct communication—without creating yet another disconnected community account.

We are beginning with the essentials: PC, Xbox and PlayStation profiles, guild spaces, member lists and practical text communication. Larger features will only be added when the foundation is stable and players genuinely need them.

FanVault is being built for real communities, not for feature lists.

  • H555 Game can be seen as a mix of entertainment and high-risk earning opportunity. While it offers bonuses, referral rewards, and the chance to win money, it should be approached carefully and used mainly for entertainment rather than as a reliable source of income.

    Hello #STALKER fans,

How did you like the latest update 1.8.1 just before #Christmas and the new integrated 5-hour quest? I honestly thought the quest series was quite nice, but I would have liked more lol.

However, I'm still not satisfied with the game's optimization. #Stalker2 is currently the only #game where I sometimes have significant problems, and it's really annoying. I think they should have used the already highly optimized version 4 instead of Unreal Engine 5 ( #UE5 ). They could have easily achieved another 30% increase in sales because the hardware requirements wouldn't be quite so high. Graphically and technically, #UE4 could have definitely delivered a good to very good visual experience.

What are your thoughts on this?

    Kind regards, Andreas 😇

  • Title: Sketching for Creatives – Build Ideas with Pencil and Paper

Sketching isn’t just drawing. It’s thinking visually. It’s planning, experimenting, and feeling your way into a creative idea. Whether you dream of digital painting, comics, design, or just want to relax – sketching sharpens your skills and imagination.

Here’s a deeper guide to getting started:

    1. Get comfortable with imperfection.
Sketching is not about making perfect art. It’s raw, quick, and sometimes messy. That’s its charm. Don’t erase every line – learn to embrace construction lines and looseness.

    2. Choose the right tools.
A basic HB or 2B pencil and a sketchbook with decent paper are enough. Add a kneaded eraser and a fineliner later, but don’t overthink your materials.

    3. Warm-up before you draw.
Like musicians, artists benefit from warm-ups. Fill a page with circles, lines, or shapes. This gets your hand used to motion and builds control.

    4. Master gesture drawing.
Gesture sketches capture movement and flow in under 30 seconds. They train you to see the action, not the detail. Use real-life people, photos, or animals as references.

    5. Study form and perspective.
Learn to break down complex objects into simple 3D shapes: cubes, spheres, cones. This will help you draw from imagination later on. Perspective (1-point, 2-point) is a game-changer for environments and depth.

    6. Build a daily habit.
Even 10 minutes a day makes a huge difference. Draw your coffee mug. Sketch people on the train. Keep it light and enjoyable. Improvement comes through consistency, not pressure.

    7. Capture ideas on the go.
Your sketchbook is also your idea vault. Jot down concepts, weird creatures, sword hilts, fantasy armor – whatever pops into your head. No censorship, no perfectionism.

🎯 Pro Tip: Share your sketches on net-twin.de – feedback from fellow creatives can give you new eyes for your own work.

And don’t forget: Every epic artwork once looked like a weird little doodle!

    Kind regards, Andy 🤩
