The Witcher 3 is getting a new story DLC – even after all these years!
According to CD Projekt Red insider Borys Nieśpielak, a brand-new narrative expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is in the works! The DLC is reportedly being developed by Fool’s Theory, the same studio handling the remake of the original Witcher game.
Release: After console mod support drops, but before The Witcher 4 (likely late 2025).
Purpose? Maybe to bridge the story – and perhaps explain why Ciri becomes the main character.
