If you decide to register at Net Twin , we ask you to upload a avatar and cover / header image but thats always up to you. An avatar image should be your own property and you must own all rights to the image file.

No one can guarantee, and we do not guarantee, that your personal information is completely secure at all times. Note the Net Twin support team will never ask you about credit card passwords, online banking passwords or similar passwords.
Controlling "Spam" or Unsolicited E-mail
Net Twin is concerned about controlling unsolicited commercial email, or "spam". Net Twin has a strict Anti-Spam Policy prohibiting the use of customer account to send spam. Net Twin will not sell, lease or rent its email subscriber lists to third parties. While Net Twin continues to actively review and implement new technology, such as expanded filtering features, there is no currently available technology that will totally prevent the sending and receiving of unsolicited email. Using tools such as the Inbox Protector and being cautious about the sharing of your email address while online will help reduce the amount of unsolicited email you receive.

However, some information may remain in archived/backup copies to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
For the information processed by the third party partners, you have the right to access your personal information. If you want to access, correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data on our third party partner's platform, you should contact them directly as they are the data controllers and Net Twin has no control of those information.
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. In addition, we have restricted access to our site to a minimum age of 16 years.
Net-Twin does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 16.
